I would like to see you post on the Sabbath Day. This is one of the most confusing things for most people. You have Sunday, you have Saturday you have Friday. Which is it?
What calender was being used when Jesus was ministering, when Paul ministered, when Abraham was roaming, when Moses was leading?
How does anyone know for sure what day we should keep the Sabbath? It is part of the ten so it has to be important.

I will soon be submitting an answer – I am in process of writing an article on this topic

Shalom beloved sister,
(Not sure if this was posted at your main page, didn’t see it go through, so posting my comments here again : )) )
You are not sheep-wrecked! You sound sort of frustrated, but I do sense a seeking spirit?
Not to be tossed around by every wind of doctrine, but be anchored in Yahshua!
Just as there are many sects in Christianity, Islam, buddhism, hinduism and whatever else the devil can throw at mankind, there are sects in Judaism as well.
You have already experienced some of these confusion and turmoil. How YHWH is grieved, HE has given us the Ruach, Whom we should seek from, but we run to man, who are as fallible/vulnerable and gullible as Ahdam.
To counterfeit anything, the copy has to be as close to the original; some truths thrown in does not make it genuine; this is where seekers get misled.
No one gathering/assembly has got every truth. Why so? So, we could be interdependent as members of Yahshua’s Body, each has a function the others cannot fulfill.
Until we come to the fullness of the stature of Yahshua, unity will not be easy. We can’t simply unite for the sake of so-called peace, which the world/NWO is propagating through Interfaith and tolerance of others’ beliefs!
We are heading towards tsunami waves. Know for sure who is at the steering wheel!
The devil is a seeker too, he seeks to steal, kill and destroy, more diligently than most of us.
But ABBA YHWH is on the Throne, HE has sent out The Horseman to seek out and seal HIS righteous ones, BEFORE HIS great Judgment Day.
May I encourage you to listen in for free broadcasts and to read the many Posts at our Community Forum? No login necessary. Lay aside your past experiences. go for it. We are called to overcome; and BE Chosen by our KING, not by man.
Would pray you’ll make it through this wilderness journey all of us go through sometime or other- YHWH’s purpose for us to seek HIM quietly, and be steered by HIM.
You are a precious daughter to HIM. Be assured, we, at tsiyon will keep you in prayers, if you so please? Rest in Yahshua!
Love, and hugs,
Ester
Hi Ester,
Thanx for commenting. This is the right spot
I just deleted the identical post that got submitted elsewhere
Yes, I am sheep wrecked. Hebrew Roots [Messianic Judaism] ship wrecked my faith and I was a lost sheep. God’s grace saved me from the fire. Hebrew Roots is a completely deceptive movement. Please read my testimony:
Ancient Paths – My Testimony:
http://fortheloveoftruth.wordpress.com/ancient-paths/
ALL sects of Judaism deny Jesus Christ. There is nothing in Judaism that can reveal Jesus Christ or the New Covenant. Judaism is without Christ and therefore, without God the Father [Jesus' words]. Judaism is a Talmudic religion that hates Christ and seeks to destroy the truth about Him.
I am not sure that you read my articles. I am not frustrated. I am intensely committed to speaking the truth. That rubs people the wrong way and sometimes they think I was “mistreated” and that’s why I left HR. I walked away because it is a false system that denies the finished work of Christ on the cross and through His resurrection, which is the fulfillment of the New Covenant.
No, I am not seeking. I have found the answer – His Name is Jesus Christ, not “yahshua”. There is no such person with that name. It is a made up name that cannot be etymologically traced back in the Hebrew. If one must use a “real” Hebrew name for the Messiah, then please use Yeshua. Thank you.
You can read my article here about Jesus’ Hebrew Name [Who Is Yahshua?]:
http://fortheloveoftruth.wordpress.com/who-is-yahshua/
True unity is in the Spirit of Christ. Those that follow in His simplicity and truth are unified. Physical unity, when it can be found [very rare] is wonderful, but unity with those in Christ can be found anywhere and everywhere. God brings people in my life constantly that have new life in Christ, not in the dead works of the Law.
Shalom in our Sar Shalom,

Shalom sheep wrecked,
In the KJV Bible, there are various verses:-
Exo 6:3 And I appeared unto Avraham, unto Yitzchak and unto Yaacov, by G-D Almighty (EL Elyon-EL Most High), but by
My name Jehovah was I not known to them;
Ps 68:4 Sing unto G-D, sing praises to HIS Name: extol HIM that rides upon the heavens by HIS Name JAH,
and rejoice before HIM.
sheep: No one knows the pronunciation of the Tetragrammatron [YHWH] It is pointed several different ways in the Masoretic Text. We do know that Yah is a stand alone Name or at the end of names, but to assign a specific pronunciation is impossible.
Jesus instructed us to call God, Father, just as He did. The OT is full of verses in which we are also shown that God is called “Father”.
As we’re going back Ancient Paths (Jer 18: 15; Jer 6:16; Isa 46: 10 ) back to original text of the translated Word, we find there’s no letter “J”in the Hebrew (meaning Crossed-over/Set-Apart) language spoken by the Israelis as a nation, not country.
Hebrew is not easy to read without the vowels written, unless it’s an obvious frequently used word.
It is all in the vowels, which are little DOTS and LINES which make all the difference in a word.
As in The Name YHWH- may be pronounced in a few ways-Yahuweh, Yahuveh, Yahweh, Yahveh, etc, so
Yeshua simply means salvation/saviour (Isa 12:2,3 is a popular Messianic song, one of my/family’s favourites:-
“Hineh EL yeshuati”, means Behold (hineh) EL yeshuati (EL my salvation). So uplifting!
sheep: Actually, the YHWH cannot be pronounced as “Yahuweh or Yahweh, etc”. In Hebrew, the YH is never pronounced as “yah” in a multisyllabic name. “Yah” is only found at the ends of names or as a stand alone name.
Yeshua means “He is salvation”. This is the masculine noun form. The feminine verb form, yeshuah means “salvation”.
I am sure that you are aware that El is short for Elohiym and means “God”. So the name that you have listed there should be translated as “Behold, my Salvation is God”
I was introduced to Y’shua, Yahshua in the early 80s, and only these past few years, am I grasping the beauty of YHWH’s Names.
YAHshua means “YAH Who saves”. It’s HalleluYAH meaning “Praises to YAH”, not Hallelujah as is commonly/ignorantly used, though is spoken as halleluYAH!!!
Luke 1: 31 And, behold, you shall conceive in your womb, and bring forth a Son, and shall call HIS name YAHSHUA. Amein!
This verse is in the Hebrew language, but again, it’s the same written “spelling” but without the vowels, it can mean yeshua which in generic terms means “salvation”.
Just as the name of Adam is generic, simply meaning “of the dust” or “ahdam” in Hebrew.
sheep: Yahshua is not a Hebrew name, as I explained above. It does not translate to anything. Yeshua would be the proper Hebrew Name or Yehoshua. Yeshua means “He is Salvation”. “yeshuah”, with a “hey” on the end means “salvation”.
Hallelujah and halleluyah are identical in meaning. It is simply a matter of transliteration [not translation]. For instance, Jesus is the transliterated form of Yeshua in English. The Greeks could not pronounce Yeshua because there is no “yeh” sound or letters, and no “sh” sound or letters, so the Name of Yeshua was changed by using letters in the Greek alphabet to represent the Hebrew letters. In the Greek, Yeshua becomes Iesous, which was then transliterated into the Latin, Iesus. Then the old English used that form, Iesus, until the English eventually took on the French “J” sound. That is how we got “Jesus” from “Yeshua”.
The Kabbala, Talmud and Judaism are not Messianic!!! Period.
(If they are Messianic, they would be believers of Messiah Yahshua; but they are sadly still waiting for the Messiah to come.)
Though SOME Orthodox rabbis do believe that Yahshua is the Messiah.
sheep: Many Messianic teachings reflect the kabbalah and Talmudism. Most in the movement do not recognize it because they are not familiar with Judaism, which is made of up of both. There is no such thing as an Orthodox Rabbi believing in Christ. Once they become a believer they are ostracized from Judaism and considered a gentile.
Be blessed, and keep seeking?
Love in Yahshua,
Ester.
